This page sets out important information about Pay My Insurance, the limits of our service, and the risks involved with using it. It complements our Terms of Service. By using our website or service, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
Pay My Insurance does not sell, underwrite, advise on, or distribute insurance policies. We do not hold an IRDAI licence. We help individuals plan and fund the premium payments of insurance policies they have already purchased independently.
Pay My Insurance operates as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. Our role is limited to facilitating mutual fund investments through SEBI-regulated platforms (such as BSE StarMF and MF Central). We are not a Portfolio Management Service (PMS) and do not have discretionary authority over your investments beyond the limited standing instructions you explicitly provide in our service agreement.
No financial entity in India can legally guarantee returns on market-linked instruments. Anyone who tells you otherwise is operating in violation of SEBI regulations. Our calculator's projections are based on stated assumptions and should be treated as illustrative estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.
Our online Premium Reserve calculator is an educational tool. The numbers it produces are based on inputs you provide and the assumptions stated on the page. Real-world outcomes will depend on:
Use the calculator for understanding and planning — not as a guarantee of any specific outcome.

We may provide more specific guidance during a one-on-one consultation, but you remain responsible for evaluating whether any plan suits your personal financial situation. For comprehensive financial planning, you may also wish to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
Your underlying insurance policies remain your contractual relationship with the respective insurer. Pay My Insurance does not become a party to those policies. You are responsible for:
If a premium is missed for any reason — including a contribution shortfall, market downturn, or operational delay — and your policy lapses, the responsibility and consequences rest with you, not Pay My Insurance.
To deliver our service, we rely on platforms operated by third parties — such as your bank (for NACH auto-debits), KYC Registration Agencies, BSE StarMF, MF Central, mutual fund AMCs, payment gateways, and our website hosting provider. We are not responsible for failures, downtime, errors, or losses caused by these third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Information on this website is not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax treatment of mutual fund investments depends on your individual circumstances and may change over time. Please consult a qualified tax advisor or chartered accountant before making decisions with tax implications.
